You can easily publish your video blogs in Windows Media or Real Networks format and upload them to any website to be viewed by people all over the world. I use to take the digital camera with as we walk in Loviisa or when we go for shopping to Itäkeskus. In fact, I've started to record 10-second videos of what I see during my working day, which I send to my Business Improvement District partners e-mail accounts directly from my mobile computer. And I've plans to buy a multimedia phone with a high resolution cam soon.
